I would help my team member struggling with new virtual training software adapt seamlessly by: Provide Step-by-Step Tutorials: Share easy-to-follow guides or videos that break down the software into manageable steps, helping team members understand at their own pace. Offer Hands-On Support: Set up one-on-one or small group sessions to walk them through the software in real time, addressing specific concerns as they arise. Encourage Peer Learning: Pair up tech-savvy team members with those struggling, fostering collaboration and learning in a supportive environment. Create a Safe Space for Questions: Encourage openness by reassuring them that it's okay to ask questions and make mistakes, reducing anxiety around using the new tool.

Provide sandbox sessions where they can play with the tech and figure it out by themselves - but still have the support if needed.

If we know that the new member is struggling to understand, we as trainers should help them. We should give them the confidence & faith to use it with acceptance. If we humiliate them or give our expert feedback in a regressive way, they might quit easily. We need to have the patience to help him & make them learn easily. That's the moral duty of the facilitator.
