To help, I had them shadow my client calls to observe effective communication, then discussed key takeaways for their interactions. I also guided them in drafting email responses, providing feedback. Additionally, we worked on improving their active listening skills by summarizing client concerns during internal meetings, which boosted their confidence in handling real-time conversations.

Algo que percebo que ajuda é eu expor minhas dificuldades e com isso gera espa?o para outras pessoas falarem sobre suas dificuldades e com isso gerar uma conex?o em comum com meu colega, abrindo espa?o para dividir o que faria na situa??o. Sempre tive essa sintonia de trabalho e deu certo.

Provide Support: This can include training sessions, resources, and access to mentors who can help team members adapt. Recognize and Reward: Acknowledge and reward those who embrace the change or contribute positively to the learning environment. Celebrating small wins can motivate others. By taking these steps, we can help alleviate resistance and create a more receptive environment for new learning programs.
