Por la formación que tienen, provenientes de las escuelas de realización de medios audiovisuales, en la mayoria de los casos los miembros de un equipo de produccion de videos saben cubrir otros roles,y cubrir la situación donde falta alguien. Esto, claro está, es en los casos de producciones independientes.

El tiempo es muy valioso quizás uno decide como utilizarlo. En rodaje uno exije dura tanto por ej tantos minutos y en edición busco depende de cuantos tiempo tengo para contar una historia.

Una ayuda a planificar y predecir cuestiones y problemas son los ENSAYOS. Que ayudan a prever que tipo de inconvenientes, con la luz, el maquillaje, la utilería, etc.; se irán presentando.

Siempre existe la lista B si la lista de suplentes pero quizá uno se juega por darles una oportunidad y otras veces termina uno digo yo remplazando al q falta.

Mejor que utilizar suplentes, cuando se trata por ejemplo de actores, que es de dificil reemplazo, lo que se puede hacer es rearmar las escenas a grabar y observar en que planos puedo reestructurar la escena cuestion de que lo puedo tomar en planos lejanos o en planos perfiles y ahí si puedo utilizar mas que un suplente un doble.

Son menos escenas, planos o entrevistas pero una vez editadas duran menos. A veces son complejas y otras simples o con problemas de sonido.

Lo que hay que tener en cuenta cuando un miembro del equipo está enfermo durante una grabación de video es la organización de la agenda de trabajo. Es la etapa de grabación o rodaje la más sencible a las ausencias. Y donde hay que ajustar/flexibilizar reorganizando que se hagan las escenas donde la persona no está los días en que esté ausente y juntando las escenas donde estará presente cuando se reincorpore. Previendo coincidencias de las agendas de los participantes y que de esta manera afecte lo menor posible el tiempo previsto de grabación. La CLAVE: LA PLANIFICACIóN.
