But also keep in mind that we'll always be doing that with limited information, so either take that into consideration or ask more questions (I recommend the latter).

For example, ask more questions than making statements - seek to understand a person’s point of view first. 3. Try to do the small things that can make a big difference, such as remembering a person’s name, a smile, saying “good morning” or asking them a question.

Develop reflection for insights into strengths and weaknesses”. Guide self-regulation in handling emotions, using techniques like deep breathing to respond thoughtfully in tough situations. Encourage positive relationships and teamwork. Support goal-setting and maintain motivation with a growth mindset that values learning and improvement.
