One-to-one discussions with the teammate can play very important role while understanding the issue they are facing. Leader should always be empathetic towards the teammates to understand the things through their perspective. Discuss real life issues you faced and how you overcome and share some success stories. You should always foster a flexible & good working environment in which everyone is open to share their views and opinions.
