En mi experiencia lidereando equipos con elementos más jóvenes generacionalmente hablando, es importante hacerles sentir que también su opinión es bienvenida y tienen el control de sus acciones, pero sin dejar la parte del respeto hacia el trabajo de los demás y su expertisse en el ramo aún sea por pocos a?os más, ya que es muy común que se vuelvan desafiantes y resten importancia al estado jerárquico de una organización consolidada. Por ello en juntas se debe designar a los "speakers" con anterioridad y tener un plan B de manejo de crisis.

Collaboration is key. Align prior to the meeting , take inputs, validate them and present them jointly. Two heads are better than one.. Whether you are presenting to internal stakeholders or external clients, your OKRs must be clearly defined and mutually agreed. Decide and plan your roles before hand so that you are both in sync. Please be formal, polite and don't attempt to overule. If there are differences of opinion, discuss and resolve post the meeting
