For me, what helps is linking motivation to impact. One of the biggest motivators is showing people how their work connects to bigger business goals. In AR, it’s not just about collecting payments, it’s about maintaining cash flow, customer relationships, etc.. When team members see the impact of what they do, they feel more invested in the outcome/results.
