Muitas vezes os times de sustenta??o s?o relegados a segundo plano, e os profissionais menos qualificados s?o direcionados para ele, isto é um erro imenso. Este time precisa ser habilidoso o suficiente para fornecer feedback aos times de desenvolvimento evitando a recorrência de erros.

With the way the technology stack is growing, it's definitely hard to have a person in your team knowing everything. So it brings an important activity to assess the skills at the beginning of the project and see if there is maximum coverage of the skills that are required to successful run and sustain the project. It's also building an environment within the team and comes from the leaders in the team is to accept that there will be situations where team will not be able to handle and will be short of the skills. At that time it's important not to panic but to look for the Subject Matter Experts outside and document the resolutions in a such a way that it gets retained within the team for future reference.

In a high-pressure situation where a critical bug requires immediate resolution but the team lacks the necessary skills, strategic leadership becomes essential. The first step would be to assess available resources and pinpoint the specific skill gaps, then urgently initiate cross-training or knowledge-sharing sessions within the team. I would also collaborate with other departments or bring in external experts as needed. Transparent communication with stakeholders about the situation and progress is crucial. This approach not only addresses the immediate issue but also enhances the team's long-term capacity, fostering a resilient and adaptable work environment.

Ideally, we have to conduct weekly sessions to share the knowledge with the team. Create some confluence page or FAQ Page so the Team can immediately fix the issue as soon as the earliest.

In my experience with a wide range of technologies used in today's era, it is difficult to have a person aware about all the skills. If a team lacks in the skills needed to address the high priority bug than that means the tech stack used in resolution of the bug is not used in the team and doesn't comes under most commonly used tech stack. Hence, I feel at this point of time going back and learn about the tech stack needed will consume more time and efforts rather focus on what area of a particular tech stack is needed to resolve the bug and to which existing tech stack (which the team is using) does the newer skills matches the most. Once identifies it becomes east to approach the bug.

Independentemente de nossa experiência, sempre haverá áreas em que nosso conhecimento ainda n?o foi totalmente desenvolvido. é por isso que buscar treinamentos contínuos é essencial, especialmente quando nos deparamos com bugs ou problemas técnicos. Acho que a metodologia de integra??o contínua e entrega contínua (ci/cd) já é uma resposta para essa quest?o, no que diz respeito a corre??es pontuais de código. Acho também necessário diferenciar o que é bug do que é erro no levantamento de requisitos de negócio. Muitas vezes o problema n?o está num erro pontual de programa??o mas sim no levantamento equivocado das necessidades da empresa, referentes ao desenvolvimento da solu??o de TI, aí o problema é grave. Especificamente sobre bugs o importante é documentar, ter um bom controle de vers?o e adotar práticas de ci/cd.

Muitas vezes quando nos deparamos com bugs que precisam ser resolvidos de bate pronto, caso a equipe n?o possua skills necessário, é preciso entrar em contato com outras pessoas que comp?e o ecossistema para pedir ajuda. Na minha experiência, vi diversas vezes o receio de pedir ajuda. Na minha vis?o, pedir ajuda é uma a??o nobre e deveria ser simples pois nem sempre iremos saber tudo. Após a solu??o é fazer uma investiga??o de causa raiz e capacitar o time para reduzir o gap, seja ele tech ou negocio.

Muitas vezes a inclus?o no time de especialistas de negócio ajuda muito a trazer o conhecimento das necessidades do cliente para próximo do time técnico. Esta aproxima??o por si torna os processos de identifica??o de bugs muito mais rápidos. Outro fator é que este especialista ajudará na elabora??o de uma solu??o sistêmica que n?o torne o problema recorrente.

Al ejecutar soluciones primordial tener claro el posiible problema, posterior documentar los resultados exitosos, para tener leccion para proximos reportes similares a solucionar

Resiliência pode simplesmente paracer uma palavra da moda, mas na verdade é uma qualidade fundamental para integrantes de um time de sustenta??o dedicado à solu??o de bugs sistêmicos. Esta cultura será fundamental ao time no relacionamento com seus clientes, que normalmente se encontram insatisfeitos e tem pressa em ver seu problema resolvido na frente dos demais.

Algo que contribuye mucho es registrar las acciones que resolvieron el problema. Implementar un repositorio de información donde queden alojados los problemas y sus soluciones aporta herramientas para afrontar futuros errores o desperfectos. Por más peque?as y obvias que sean las soluciones, siempre es bueno registrarlas.

Fundamental implantar nos times de solu??o de bugs o ciclo PDCA, pois somente desta forma conseguimos focar o time numa atua??o recorrente para identificar a causa raiz dos problemas relatados.

Marca o etiquetar los inconveniente obtenido y docuemntar su solución para tener claro en una posible inconveniente similar a futuro, tener solución inmediata y tener la leccion aprendienda de como ejecutar
