Once they learn about it, they would heartily support the process. With Agile, we have clear goals and quick reviews to set the course to achieve the end goal.

Agile to me starts from reviewing the output and the value of many activities which may have become in time useless or with no added value. And this needs to become a regular process. The benefit could be less time spent on boring tasks, more satisfaction from our output and more time to focus on prioritized activities and with a better output.
