I worked in a company that was getting separated from its multi-national mother company, and I disagree as I could have not learned more except during these days. The manager has to strengthen the team cross functionally, creating a collaborative environment, joined common team goal and common heavy workload load accomplishment to achievement then build the science of ownership followed by appreciation/ recognition to the work executed

FOSTER OPEN COMMUNICATION AND ALIGN AROUND SHARED GOALS To cultivate collaboration and unity during times of uncertainty and change, I’d first focus on fostering open communication. I would encourage the team to express their concerns and thoughts, creating a safe environment for discussion. This transparency helps address anxieties and keeps everyone aligned on the challenges ahead. Next, I’d emphasize shared goals and remind the team of our collective mission. By focusing on what unites us—whether it's a common project outcome or organizational vision—we can redirect energy toward collaboration. When team members see their contributions as part of a larger purpose, it strengthens unity and commitment, even in times of change.

When things are uncertain, keep the team talking openly, stay flexible, and focus on a shared goal. Let everyone speak up, brainstorm ideas together, and celebrate small wins to build trust and keep the group strong.

Here are a few points, helping cultivating collaboration and unity in a team 1. Establish clear communication channels: Ensure that team members have open lines of communication to share ideas, feedback, and concerns. 2. Encourage teamwork: Promote a culture where team members work together towards a common goal, celebrating individual and collective achievements. 3. Foster trust and respect: Building strong relationships based on trust and respect can enhance collaboration and unity within the team. 4. Emphasize diversity and inclusion: Embrace the unique strengths and perspectives of each team member to create a more dynamic and collaborative environment.

Being transparent with your team is always going to be key. Remove all "fluff" words when addressing team members Be direct, especially when the message isn't a good one. People can see straight through a person who is struggling to deliver bad news You don't have to swing for every ball. Uncertainty can bring tension so try not to get wrapped up in negative exchanges that lead to nowhere.
