Some of the things that I use myself and advise team on; - Set timing for work, calculate time difference and have clear communication and agreement about it with team. - Emergencies are emergencies but not a practice - Always, view any conflict or discussion with a neutral mind and as a third person with viewing both side perspectives - Always plan and break things down into practical Achievable tasks.
