Em uma equipe que estava enfrentando estagna??o, utilizei a abordagem do Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI) para redefinir metas e incentivar o crescimento. Cada membro foi incentivado a refletir sobre seus próprios objetivos de curto e longo prazo, conectando-os com as metas da equipe. Estabelecemos marcos claros e atingíveis, celebrando cada pequeno avan?o, o que trouxe de volta o sentimento de conquista e propósito. Além disso, revisamos os PDIs regularmente para ajustar os desafios de acordo com o progresso e garantir que as metas continuassem relevantes e motivadoras. Essa prática ajudou a equipe a retomar o foco e crescer de forma contínua.
