To keep my team motivated during HR transformation, I would focus on open communication to address concerns and share the vision behind the changes. I’d celebrate small wins along the way to highlight progress and boost morale. Additionally, I would involve team members in decision-making processes to give them a sense of ownership and control. Providing support through training and resources would also help build confidence and ensure they feel equipped to adapt to the changes.
