Lo primero en mi experiencia que se debe analisar es la razon de la alta rotacion. Entre las causas que he encontrado en mi experiencia son: a) naturaleza del trabajo, b) bajo costo del swrvicio o producto que se traduce en bajos sueldos y salarios, c) empresas escuelas.... una vez reconicido esto se tiene que establecer un sistema de analisis de datos que permita a las personas tener un conocimiento en tiempo real compartido de las demas areas especialmente en lo que concierne a tu trabajo.
