Ultimately its about being flexible, having a clear plan & effective resource allocation. Cross training teams to handle tasks or processes outside of their normal day to day roles so they can step in when there is a demand spike. Cross-training helps flexibility so that essential tasks are covered even if specific team aren't unavailable.
