When introducing new tech, I start by connecting it to each team member's work, showing practical benefits tailored to their role. Rather than just presenting a "tech solution," I involve them early on, inviting input to shape how we implement it. We celebrate each small win as proof of progress, creating excitement and trust. Regular feedback loops help us adapt the rollout, addressing any resistance constructively. This collaborative approach builds a shared ownership, where the tech isn’t seen as disruptive but as a tool everyone has contributed to and benefits from.
