Yes, when major system upgrades are planned & team is allocated different tasks, below are the points to be taken care. 1. It is important to give the whole team visualize the change we are going to bring. 2. Everyone need to be aligned on where & when their tasks are going to be implemented in the upgrade process. 3. Setup the priorities & sequence of implementation. In this way everyone will be aware on the priority & sequence of changes going to happen/get implemented. 4. Periodic review with course corrections if any, and keep the entire team updated on the same.
