Developing a good way to communicate as a team to understand each persons perspective will allow you as a team to effectively tackle the issue. This I recommend through a culture of positive intent where everyone's perspective is taken positively so as not to create conflict but collaboration. This allows for each team member to feel comfortable exploring their perspective and building off others.
