Me parece importante la escucha atenta sobre las diferentes opiniones. Luego poder pensar en los puntos en que coinciden y también divergen. Construir un punto o variable en común, que pueda tener la flexibilidad suficiente como para tolerar alguna que otra debilidad, pero que en definitiva pueda estar orientado a la meta u objetivo.

La evaluación objetiva, con un buen análisis, da la posibilidad de pensar en estrategias, metodologías, procesos que no se tuvieron en cuenta antes o no estaban planteadas de tal manera que se pudieran visualizar. En este punto, creo que no es la elección obligatoria de una sola estrategia. Es más rico la construcción de una entre todos los miembros porque permite el Compromiso ante la misma. Si bien puede valerse de elementos ricos de un planteo en particular creo que es importante que se pueda mejorar siempre desde la visión de los miembros.

En el planteo que hago de una construcción conjunta de una estrategia, la desición es más visible por lo que comunicar la misma ya estaría facilitada. Aún así debe ser claro el procedimiento, las responsabilidades a cada miembro, el Objetivo de las mismas, el tiempo a lograr determinadas metas.
