When my team is divided on how to serve a client, I can ensure the best outcome for their needs, by firstly mapping the different approaches. Then along with the team we try to find common ground in their views, employing objectivity, trust and openness. We strive to form a unified proposal for the client, towards his preferences. We seek his feedback, through active listening and getting into his shoes. If needed we adjust and amend our client serving method, keeping communication channels open and being alert at all times.
