The most important thing is to listen. Both teams should feel heard. Post this have a combined brainstorming session and map the ideas against the following: 1) Nature of client and expectations - every client may have a different set of expectations. We may need to decide to make a fancy infographic loaded proposal or a more descriptive one based on the client abilities and exposure. 2) Scope alignment - has the scope been adhered to? Which presentation seems to bring out the meeting of the scope in a more clearer fashion. Basis the above probably we can pick pieces from each groups presentations and ideas to make one robust presentation. Or if we pick entirely from one group, the other shall be convinced and feel a part of the decision.

The next step is to ensure that everyone is aligned on the objectives of the presentation. Clarify what the client's needs and expectations are, and how your team's proposal addresses them.
