Yes, I agree, and it's most important to lead from the front to help the team succeed. Whenever the team realizes success, everything will become normal

To inspire my team during tough times, I start by openly acknowledging the challenges we face and validating their feelings, reinforcing that their hard work is appreciated. I then set small, achievable goals that can provide quick wins, helping the team regain a sense of control and purpose. Celebrating these victories—whether it's completing a phase of work or resolving an issue—creates positive reinforcement and lifts morale. Additionally, I encourage open communication, inviting team members to share their ideas and concerns, which fosters a sense of ownership and collaboration. This supportive environment ultimately helps rekindle their motivation and commitment.

-One thing I have seen helpful is bringing yourself to the level of your team's position to show them you understand their struggle. Just doing a bit of their work helps them to get motivated that if the leader can do then we can do more. That's called leading by example. -Celebrating the teams milestone achievements and giving bonus to every target set and met on time boost the teams morale and spirit. -Allowing innovative ideas from the team helps them to feel that they own the job.
