It is crucial to address any concerns raised, share updates on actions taken based on the input, and be clear on how the diverse feedback influenced the final decision.

To use everyone’s feedback well, I first make sure everyone feels free to share ideas. I then group feedback by priority and discuss it with the team. After making changes, I show everyone the results, so they see how their input made a difference. This builds trust and improvement.
