Effective communication between Dev and Ops is key to managing growing system complexity. Implementing CI/CD pipelines, for instance, helps streamline deployments and ensures both teams stay aligned. This forces dev and ops to work side-by-side during incidents, fostering empathy and understanding. We also champion "shift-left" security, involving ops early in the development process to catch potential issues before they hit production. Finally, blameless postmortems after incidents create a safe space for learning and continuous improvement, strengthening the dev/ops relationship.
