"Respect to the past, with a move to the future." Here's how I did this: Respect the foundation: I kept intact all the core parts of our business that our customers loved and trusted. Introduce gradual changes: I tested new ideas in small, manageable steps so we didn't lose our essence. Stay customer-focused: I listened to feedback and used it to blend tradition with innovation in ways that added value. This approach helped us stay relevant, rooted in our core, while moving with the times.

Innovation is going to take over a lot of industries and it IMO is gong to change the way America does things some good and a lot bad. In my Company I am all about the one on one experience, my vision and values are to help individuals face to face, yes I do use a lot of online to run the business but I don't let it take control of the way I actually run the business, people like to be able to talk to someone not just text or email. I'm old school and would have no problem going back to the way it was.

The more high tech you become, focus even more on high touch. Behind each customer encounter they is a person who needs to feel heard and understood.

One thing I’ve found is linking with individuals who see the future growth and where the industry is headed. Linking yourself with the right people is key. They can help you see far beyond your current position.

Mission, Vision, and Value ring true here. You can do all kinds of new things but stay true to your personal or company Mission, Vision and Value. My experience revolves around service based businesses and there is an amazing revolution taking place with technology and Artificial Intelligence and all of the amazing opportunities we have to embrace change and serve customers differently. We don't need to change who we are or our principles as we embrace this change. Of course change can be hard and you will face resistance, so make sure to listen and adjust as you innovate. You will pick up some new people along the way and you might loose a few too. But that's part of the evolution.
