Cette fin est selon les cas : - On ne m'a jamais répondu - On n'a pas donné suite à mes premiers échanges - On ne m'a pas retenu malgré le fait que j'ai réalisé l'intégralité du processus. - J'ai obtenu le job... celle-ci concerne en moyenne 5% des candidats dans un processus classique. 1 seul sur 17 candidatures en moyenne. Je n'évoque pas ici le processus dans sa globalité, mais je souligne vraiment l'importance de laisser cette bonne dernière impression, car c'est celle qui fera progresser chacun, en développant la culture du feedback. En réalisant de bons feedback construits, on s'améliore toujours, et on affine beaucoup plus nos besoins.

Il est important de ne pas confondre outils et méthodes. Un outil est extrêmement précieux pour améliorer l'exécution d'un processus, mais il faut penser et concevoir ce process de manière "non-imposée" par l'outil. Il est vraiment important de mettre en place sa culture d'entreprise, son "ADN" dans le processus de recrutement, afin de ne pas le tordre en fonction de l'outil utilisé. All above points are good and should be implemented if you are struggling with your recruitment process, but in my opinion most important thing is to analyse the loop hole and then act. For eg, if there are many rejection during the process which ultimately leads to delay in hiring process, then check with your hiring manager where are we going wrong in interviewing the applicants ( since they cleared the initial rounds) where are we lacking in identifying gaps. Ofcourse do your research before going to HMs or panels. Take your data and discuss. This will help you to understand where your lacking & implement new startegies. Keep you HMs ,panels and manager & your team in confidence by doing proper research and act on the procss accordingly
