Priortise what is critical which can lead to design/ architectural change first. Also most of the time validation/ verification phase comes in the last, which can spill over the committed timelines. A thoughtful breaking of the activity can help to maintain a timeline eg non critical part even run after the delivery. This can be done with the help of a well established process, and regular review in the initial and mid phase of the project.

Perfection sometimes could be the enemy of progress. One should strive for excellence, but don't let it paralyze your project progress. #1 Establishing clear, achievable quality benchmarks at the project's outset helps in preventing scope creep and endless tweaking. #2 Releasing mvps and gathering feedback is helpful as continuous improvement beats delayed perfection every time. #3 Implementation of processes that maintain standards of quality without manual oversight can help in freeing up time for innovation.

Automation of key test cases, apply lessons learned cases are the only ways. In these days clients are more demanding, they need quality but not time given for quality.

Never confuse speed with quality. It's essential not just to meet or exceed deadlines but to ensure we allocate enough time for things to function correctly. I also make it a priority to inform stakeholders that achieving faster results comes with risks if we don't allow adequate time.
