Propongo diferenciar CARGOS en el equipo de ROLES en el equipo. Los equipos tienen unas necesidades de conocimientos (cargos), pero también necesitamos diferentes aportaciones en la gestión de ese objetivo. ?Están definidos y cubiertos los roles individuales que requiere cada proyecto? ?Quién establece la direccion?, ?Quién Empuja??Quién valora y descarta? ? Quién aporta ideas creativas?, ?Quién...?. Roles repetidos. Roles no cubiertos... Siempre busco ahí.
