Para fugir dos “achismos†eu utilizaria dados, estimulando o time a, conjuntamente, definir o que realmente deve ser priorizado, eliminando preferências pessoais e focando em resultados. Por fim, manteria a aten??o, observando o time e checando se as barreiras efetivamente foram rompidas!

In addressing these often-overlooked factors, PR leaders can foster a culture of psychological safety, empowering team members to communicate openly and collaborate effectively. PR leaders must balance 'task orientation' with 'people orientation', recognising that relationship dynamics and emotional intelligence are just as vital as project timelines and deliverables.
