Stay calm and respectful and remember that working on a creative team is a collaboration. Try to listen to the MUA's input and seriously consider it. After all, they are the experts so you might find that accepting the input can work in your favour and elevate the final results and experience on set. If their input is less than ideal and cannot be considered, kindly explain your creative direction to them and make it as reasonable and clear as possible so they can understand and hopefully accept your position. The dry answer behind the friendly interactions is that the work needs to get done and whoever is in charge of the creative direction makes the call. Be kind while keeping this in mind.

A veces, la visión o percepción de una foto no es la misma, pero como profesional admito que con el maquillaje se puede y se debe crear una idea que satisfaga a la fotografía, aunque también el experto en fotografía puede ayudar con la luz donde el maquillaje no llega. Sin embargo a veces es más fácil culpar al maquillaje cuando la luz, color, matiz, sombra no son los deseados y si corresponden a la fotografía.
