Las politicas y procedimientos deben ser hechos con flexibilidad enmarcados en lo particular en tres escenarios, el ideal, el manejable y el complicado, tener previsiones a corto, mediano y largo plazo en mi opinion permiten manejar los imprevistos, sumando la capacitación y estandarizacion constante de los factores participantes, con el objeto que respondan de manera optima y eficaz durante el desarrollo de los eventos que puedan comprometer o distraer el concepto inicial de lo que se tiene planificado.
