NGO is difficult for a PSP to onboard as funds are sometime transfered in country that are subject to war or where corruption is a " national sport". Therefore, try first to get your NGO "pre approved by as many PSP as possible". Once you have your list, make sure the PSP you choose respond to your needs ( integration, currencies, APM, pay out etc ... ) and your customers need.

Fees can be hard to understand. Those question can normally get you as close as possible to what your PSP will charge you : - Are fees blended of IC++ ( IC++ means you will have to pay VISA/Mastercard to interchange on top of the PSP ) - Is there Set up fees ? Minimum billing ? - Gateway fees : are they taken only for transaction that are successful or not ? - Pay out : Will you have to pay for retrieving funds into your bank account - FX : If you will handle mutlti currencies, FX fees can double the price of a transaction. Make sure to understand those.
