Your maintenance and operations teams are struggling to communicate effectively. How can you bridge the gap?

-Appling ITIL process to make colobrations with related parties. -Getting change management approvals. -Four time annoucements at the different time period, before the critical activities.

Here are a few tips coming into my mind to bridge that gap: 1. Hold regular joint meetings chaired by the centre head. 2. Use a shared communication platform.(WhatsApp or some internal org. apps) 3. Develop clear SOPs. 4. Cross-functional training of team members in a few of the tasks. 5. Define roles and responsibilities clearly. 6. Set up a feedback system. These steps will definitely help both teams to enhance collaboration, communication and efficiency as well. Thanks.

Clearly define job role/responsibility and process flow charts so everyone understands how their role aligns with each other for better efficiency. Set clear expectations for everyone and conduct regular meetings.
