Mantener la calma y serenidad es esencial cuando tu liderazgo es desafiado. Tu puesto es resultado de tu capacidad, así que el que debe moverse es el otro. Vigila tus palabras, no critiques ni juzgues, mantén el profesionalismo en todo momento. Los resultados hablarán por ti. La confianza de tu jefe se construye sobre tus logros, no sobre las provocaciones de otros. Pueden desafiarte muchos, pero lo que importa es la valoración que tu jefe tiene de tu desempe?o y liderazgo. Al final, liderar es mantener la estabilidad y demostrar con hechos que estás preparado para cualquier reto.

Según mi experiencia y despues de algunos impases puedo decir que es importante mantener la calma y no dejarse llevar por las emociones, aunque en ocasiones nos resulte un poco dificil. Debemos tener la certeza de que nuestras acciones estén basadas en políticas y principios claros. Es importante comunicar de manera clara y asertiva cuáles son nuestras expectativas y límites. Definitivamente considero que un liderazgo efectivo se basa en la confianza, el respeto y una clara comunicación.

If there's discrepancy with a colleague that I supervisor and as the leader, I will call a meeting to address the issue at hand to get to the bottom of it. As a leader, to ensure those around you are putting there best foot forward, you want solve any problem you become aware of because what you don't want is for unsolved problem to affect work dynamics, culture or productivity.
