As a leader in the food industry I believe that a warm smile and genuine hospitality speak volumes in any language. A welcoming attitude, positive language and attentive gestures itself create atmosphere that transcends words. When language barriers arise, multiple translation apps can be used to bridge the gap, but it’s the smile and openness that set the tone.

We take care of each guest by ensuring they are comfortable and happy If there is any language barrier between staff and guest we use our Google technology to translate and understand their request and help them to solve it

Being a multicultural employer at our Cosmo World Kitchens, I always found that our International/Multinational Live cooking Chefs are natural asset for help to language issues with foreign guests who have limited English communication skills. Our live-cooking pictured menus also demonstrates clearly of choice of food available at each counter, our management staff well trained too to use Google translators as well as AI Tools which able to lend hand to assist guests with language difficulties! Lastly, sign and hand language are commonly used to make foreign guest's time with us more enjoyable and memorable ??????.
