Honestly, if a project is running behind the first thing I try to prioritise is to get the project on track by listing the outstanding tasks and setting a timescale for each task to avoid falling further behind. With this in mind it is important to check in with the client that they are able to meet your schedule so that their expectations are managed. Then review your contract deliverables to check over what is expected from the project. If you know that completing the work to the standard expected is going to go over the original timeline, MAKE THE CLIENT AWARE and keep the line of communication open. Rush work is never final work, and even though you can fall behind, there's no point rushing to finish and your client being unhappy.

Quality is a matter of a team work well organized Everyone has a talent so you need to focus on your team strenghts before starting to organize. A good brainstorming is crucial, so keep your fresh energies no matter the rush... we need time to relax and breath so this will lead to better ideas and quality will emerge also. Keep a board in the eyes of everyone so this keeps the targets at glance and also the mains ideas as well as the calendar sliced to specific targets or tasks. If you are too tech, you can use an app to organize yourself and your team as well... to watch the progress and milestones succeeded. Keep in mind to be professional and manage your contract with the ins and outs, how many changes and others to succeed in time.

When a graphic design project is behind schedule, maintaining quality while meeting the deadline requires focus, prioritization, and efficient workflows. I start by identifying core elements that are essential for the project’s success and prioritize them. Delegating or automating simpler tasks, if possible, helps free up time for complex creative work. I may also streamline the revision process by limiting rounds to high-impact feedback only, focusing on areas that directly contribute to the project's effectiveness. Additionally, regular updates with the client help align expectations and foster trust, ensuring that quality is preserved as I work strategically to complete the project on time.

I’d prioritize the most critical elements of the design first, ensuring the key visuals are completed to a high standard while trimming or postponing non-essential details.
