Depending on the type of system you have, failures can occur often, despite any preventative maintenance program you may have in place. Companies should take that into consideration when budgeting for the years ahead and set aside money for emergency HVAC repairs. Additionally, it is a good idea to have several portable air conditioning units, heaters, and fans available to use at a moments notice. Lastly, provide training opportunities to in-house maintenance staff who are willing to pursue certifications such as the EPA 608 so they are qualified to make such repairs in-house.

History check , Is it a recurring issue ? Does it happen once , twice or miltiple failure . Does all consecutive failure related to each other . And in some point to evaluate if it is failure because of operational procedure of the HVAC units. Such event and history of errors or alarm will lead us to point out what exctly the root cause. Repair is will just remain remedy without finding the root cause of the problem.
