Whenever any challenge comes, 1. first try to find out the root cause of that and go for dip analysis, we can take help of digital innovative methods for analysis. 2. Do brain storming with all team members including workers. Any stupid idea can make miracles. 3. Judge the ideas on monetary front. 4. Allocate the funds for fast return ideas. 5. Motivate the teams during this difficult period. A strong innovative team can do miracles. 6. Keep our stakeholders happy. Involve them is solution finding. Any thing is possible if the teams moral is high and they dreams for their company.

This is a classic Engineering problem with Organizational drama for org changes. Jokes apart - 1. Assess Impact - Quantify impact on budget, schedule and resources for the unforeseen changes 2. Prepare Options - Plan A, Plan B & Plan C with priority to how much of the unforeseen changes need be accommodated right now Vs later 3. Always if sourcing more people pool internally for skills required than to source net new because time is lost in ramp time (New members wont help these situations)
