Es ist ja m?glich, dass ich etwas übersehen habe oder die Mitarbeiter verl?ssliche Informationen haben (Umfragewerte, Tracking, Verkaufszahlen, Gespr?che mit Kunden...). Also zuh?ren, mitnehmen, evaluieren, ob der Mitarbeiter recht haben k?nnte und ggf. Strategie anpassen. Habe ich aber Fakten, die ihm wiederum nicht recht geben, zeige ich ihm diese, erkl?re noch einmal die Strategie und entkr?fte die Argumente.
