Measurement is the key to understand if it is success or not. According to my practice I use below tools to measure the impact of my change management project. I've measure leadership level of leaders and provide observations, put my measurable notes according to leadership framework, then I provide surveys usually Gallup to understand points need to develop. Also Kirpatricks method of L&D measurement in place according to my own aproach. When I've finalaise my change management project I've make measurement within 3,6 and 12 monthes. Good luck ^_^

It's my experience that staff disengagement is often about one particular colleague or leader that is making life difficult for the coachee. Helping them to understand effective ways of dealing with themselves and their approach to a challenging relationship, at the same time as doing a 360-sweep on their match, own contribution and place in the organisation can facilitate a turn-around, or a turn-out if necessary!
