Pair them with a mentor for support and make a safe space for open discussions. Once, I came up with an idea of having an employee to keep a 'wins journal' reflecting on their daily successes, switching their mindset. Trust in their capabilities, express your trust by affirming what they are capable of, and give the right feedback on how they can grow, so they can feel like they’re a part of the team.
