In my experience in undertaking various restructuring works as well as being a Neuropsychologist, I’ve found that navigating role changes during restructuring requires open communication, acknowledging the employee's concerns, and offering support through clear explanations, training opportunities, and a focus on how the changes align with their growth and the organization’s goals.
