I think the best way to handle customers with different tech abilities is to gauge their comfort level right away. If they're tech-savvy, I keep things quick and straightforward. But if they seem less confident, I take my time, explaining everything step by step in simple terms. It’s all about being patient and adjusting how I communicate so they feel supported, no matter their skill level.
