Sorry to disagree with so many of the other responses to this question, but... I feel that I must. ?? Unreliable data due to shifting customer preferences ISN'T A DATA PROBLEM. It's a CX problem. Because it means we're either not engaging with our customers at touchpoints that matter, or we aren't monitoring sentiment via their preferred channels. Data is a tool just like any other, and as the old saying goes... ?? If you only have a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. Data isn't the sole tool in your toolbox. Don't delude yourself into thinking data alone can fix every problem. Meet your customers where they are... And (more importantly) where they want us to be.

Continuous process of sharing updates - - Provide detailed insights of product roadmap - Provide them traction of information about the platform enhancements in accordance to customers operating environment - Show them on how their platform is performing and elaborate on the statistics - Proactive approach will be necessary for keeping a track of their LoBs and ensuring there is zero tolerance about the operational issues. - Let there be no scope for distraction especially for the customer's team
