Standardized Documentation Templates: Implementing templates that fulfill ASPICE compliance not only ensures consistency but also reduces the overhead of reformatting documents for audits.

Create a process which will help to change the demands into a supply chain process and which will help also to provide customer a view about colliding effects between 2 change request , also synchronise cross functional team in concept sprints and then waterfall model execution which will make them aligned what are we working in 1st part and how are we working in next part
