When your content is falling flat, I would suggest using the 4-1-1 rule in your content marketing strategy. The strategy entails a total of six posts, where 4 posts are to educate or to entertain, 1 post is for soft selling and 1 post is for hard selling. This content strategy will capture your audience's attention, without constantly hard selling to them. It builds trust and credibility with your audience and keeps a healthy content balance. Tell stories from actual people's perspectives, not just a faceless organisation's. And do a usability and accessibility audit across the various platforms. Content might not be reaching people due to poor design and/or inaccessible functionality.
