Nowadays, more companies are shifting toward tech adoption. So if you are one who is uncomfortable with technology, it's time to start getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. Start small, like using apps for tasks instead of pen and paper. Master the systems that your company are utilising as you build familiarity with the digital world and gradually integrating technology into your daily routine. That was how I embraced continuous learning and align with the company's evolving goals to adapt new technology. Practice makes better ??

I'll go against the grain on this one... If you feel mis-aligned to company goals, you need to consider leaving the company or at least work out your personal plan B. I work with mid-career professionals, who often work hard to adjust to constantly shifting company goals and priorities. Mostly out of fear of losing their job/income or being passed for promotion. However, there comes the point that such a man (I work with men, but surely women feel that way too) find himself lost and in misalignment to his own values and career interests. Unfortunately, many end up leaving anyway either thru redundancy or burnout. They all tell me they wished they left earlier, when they first felt out of alignment...
