If you're drowning in data, wellllllll.... You may have found yourself stuck in the premise if you grab everything you can, you can weave trash into gold. Disabuse yourself of this immediately. Metrics can be abused to showcase "truthiness." Just because you have a bunch of data and constructed metrics doesn't mean it's any good. Solution? LEARN ABOUT INCREMENTAL VARIANCE. You'll often find you can make good decisions with a small set of data that gets to heart of business: SALES. You just don't have a business unless you have sales. As such, go back to the drawing board and figure out which factors increase sales and stick with those. PCA can help dimension reduction, too. Simplify, don't overcomplicate!!!

From my experience, data is gold. Once my team and I have set up a good data storage system in which we can store data in its large and complex format and still access it accessible to users if this information at various levels of management. The SQL server is one great tool I have come to love. Once the storage is in good shape, accessing it becomes a walk in the park. This structure makes it easy for love data that flows in to keep remaining updated as new data flows in automatically. Data analyst can go into the system, import data into Power BI where they perform analysis and visualize or tell stories using reports, dashboards or tiles in Power BI and this makes it very easy for a layman to understand. Ofcourse data security!

It can be SQL , Hadoop or Mongo etc., The right tool will ensure compatibility, thus allowing seamless integration support. And helps in Improved decision-making results. I think having the best of what we need, we need to look out for suitable data management tools that will simplify our works and makes it understandable. Though, I prefer using Google excel, Power BI for data analysis

We should use tools that can store, organize, process, and transform data efficiently and effectively. we should also ensure that data is protected from any type of breach/loss, Unauthorized access by implementing proper cybersecurity measures. These measures should be taken care by Professionals who can able to protect the data.

As an accountant one thing that makes us stand out is data accuracy. So, data quality and security is a sure way to stand out in whatever information you are presenting. And, saving works on cloud like Google drive will help secure your work.

Therefore, to keep my head above water in such a situation, I will need to develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and leverage my organization's data by turning it into a valuable asset for informed decision-making and business success. I will Start by identifying the most critical data for my organization's goals and objectives. Streamline the Data Collection process and utilize data integration tools to consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified view. Regularly monitor data quality, performance, and relevance, and adapt my strategies accordingly.
