As a coach your ethics demand that you must be transparent with your tools at all times. This should stand above all. But HOW you deliver this transparency is key. Clients have different communication styles and interaction needs when it comes to tools applied in their coaching. Myers-Briggs Type indicator provides a simple yet effective quadrant scheme of 4 types of communication styles. The dimension of data-processing, Sensing-Intuition and the dimension of decision-making, Thinking-Feeling. ST-types like detailed, data based information to feel secure. NT-types need you to demonstrate expert knowledge. Have your proof-of-concept for your tool ready and don't feed them yada-yada. SF need to be seen, and NF need to be excited.

Then, I’d share success stories and testimonials from past clients who experienced transformative results through similar approaches. Data can be powerful too; I’d highlight metrics that showcase progress, like improved performance or increased satisfaction. Finally, I’d invite them to collaborate on our coaching plan—customizing it to better fit their needs can reignite their confidence. By fostering open dialogue and demonstrating proven outcomes, we can turn skepticism into shared commitment and excitement for the journey ahead!

Sempre sou muito transparente sobre o método que conduzo e também franca ao dizer que n?o tenho todas as respostas. Acredito que um bom trabalho é sempre respaldado pela confian?a. Quando colocada em check, vou procurar entender através de perguntas, qual é o objetivo do meu cliente que ele acredita que estamos aquém em capacidade para atender, e ent?o trazer clareza e procurar solucionar suas dúvidas de modo que ele possa se sentir seguro no processo.
