If confidentiality has potentially been breached, explain where you feel this occurred and present a plan of action to your clients. Trust can always be restored through open lines of communication and acknowledging any wrong doing.

This is a tough one! If something like this happened to me, I know it can be for two reasons: 1. ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????????????? ???????????? ???? ???????????? If they are comfortable being vulnerable and sharing, we can go through what happened and I step in with assurance that I don't function in any such ways! If they don't want to share, I let them know I acknowledge their concerns and walk them through my personal values, morals, and beliefs! 2. ???????? ?????????? ??????? ???????????????? ?????????? ?????????? In this case, I need to understand what happened and where there may have been a breach. I would never knowingly betray someone's trust, that's who I am! I'd need to get to the bottom of the issue and solve it!

Trust & confidentiality are the most important factors in coaching. It has been done officially through documents & agreements & also verbally through our communication & also body language.
